10:00: 0.1 liters of red grape juice mixed with 0.1 liters of mineral water and 100 grams of grapes
11:00: 2 cups of green tea
12:00: 0.2 liters of red grape juice and grape 100 g
13:00: 0.2 liters of mineral water
16:00: 2 cups of green tea and 100 g of grapes
17:00: 0.1 liters of red grape juice mixed with 0.1 liters of mineral water
18:00: 0.2 liters of mineral water and 200 g of grape
19:00: 0.1 liters of red grape juice mixed with 0.1 liters of mineral water
20:00: 2 cups of herbal tea
It should be noted that only applies fresh squeezed juice. Grape juice, which is sold in stores for these purposes, is not appropriate.
