Materials

  • 4 stem leeks
  • 2 potatoes
  • 4 cups of chicken juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Thyme
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation

The potato peel is peeled. The potato and leek are cut into small pieces. It is put into a large pot. Olive oil and chicken are poured over water. Thyme, pepper and salt are poured in small quantities. Cook about 15 minutes with stirring. Blended into soup and poured. Thinly chopped parsley is sprinkled on the soup taken from the cans.
